MakingPermanentMagicItems

Both Permancy Spell (PHB Page 246) and the Enchant An Item spell (PHB Page 229) are removed from the game and replace with the "Make Magic Item" spells detailed below.

Gives any one weapon a magical +1 to hit for each 3 levels of the caster.

Puissance (Enchantment)

Gives any one weapon a magical +1 to damage for each 3 levels of the caster.

Make Holy Weapon (Cleric Spell)

When cast upon a weapon it is embued with the power of the clerics god. It recievces a +1 to hit and a +1 to damage for each 3 level of the cleric. Addtionally, the weapon is embued with the following powers according to the level of the casting cleric.

6th lv - Protection from evil
9th lv - Heal 2 points of damage per level of the user
12th lv - Holy smite: does double damage to one of the following Evil beings, undead or demons
15th lv -

Make Magic Item (Enchantment)
Level: 4
Range: Touch
Duration: Permanent
Area Effect: One Item
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: Special
Saving Throw: None
This spell makes a magic item which requires recharging, such as a wand or rod. The resulting item may be charged up with any single spell, once the single spell is declared, it can never be changed. To recharge the item, the spell caster simply casts the spell while touching the item, the spell will be stored in the item for later release. To use a charge the item will either use a command word or a physical mechanism like a button or switch. When a charge is used, the the spell is released it is cast as if the spell caster were 6th level, or the minimum level required to cast that spell. The number of charges the item will hold, depends on the level of the spell being put into the item.

Spell level 1-3: 100 Charges
Spell level 4-6: 25 Charges
Spell level 7+: 5 Charges

Advanced Make Magic Item (Enchantment)
Level: 5
Range: Touch
Duration: Permanent
Area Effect: One Item
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: Special
Saving Throw: None
This spell prepares an object to receive enchantments which may be used once per day per 4 levels of the casting Magic User.

Make Major Magic Item (Enchantment)
Level: 6
Range: Touch
Duration: Permanent
Area Effect: One Item
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: Special
Saving Throw: None
This spell prepares an object to receive permanent enchantments.
